WHAT PROFESSIONAL SCHOOL MANAGEMENT PHP MYSQL DO ?


  • You need a Online Database where Staff,Student and Admin can Shows other Data
  • Data of 1000+ Student are Saved Online 
  • Student and Staff can access their corresponding Account
  • Student Result , Fees and Related Document can Displayed
  • Student and Teacher has Unique Login ID
  • Admin has a Unique Panel From there they can Handle all these Account



 

STUDENT SECTION PANEL 

Professional Student Management is for schools and College System .Thousand Student
Record are Kept Online. Student has a Registration Form , Where they can Create their account or direct account can be generated from admin section.Student can Upload their
Documents and See their Results . They can Re-register their courses.

STAFF SECTION PANEL 

Teacher and other co-related Staff of that School can access to their account. Each has Unique Login IDs where they can see their Classes Scheduled and can Upload Student Result and also can see their Salary Invoice.

ADMIN SECTION PANEL

Admin has Full access authorization to monitor Student and Teacher accounts.
Admin cannot access to other account but has a power to delete or suspend other account. Admin can also Upload Exam Scheduled , Results , Result Analysis , Invoices of Student and Teacher . They can Monitor Student Fees.


HOW TO RUN THIS SCRIPT ?

Please Follow the Below Procedure , So No issue comes in your way.

NOTE : This PHP MYSQL Script will work on below version of 7 PHP.It means you have to run this script on PHP Version 5-7 version . No above 7.0 Version


      Username :  admin
      Password  :  admin

PROCEDURE

  • Run Xamp or Wamp Server
  • Enter the URL  "  localhost/phpmyadmin "
  • Create the Database with name  " pro_sms "
  • Import the " install.sql " file from the System Folder  
  • Now Search  " localhost/pro_sms " in browser to access to Main Page

HOW IT WORKS

This Project is gives us the solution of Student Result Online. This web script contains simple search bar and date of result announcement. Enter Your Roll No and will display your Result . This does not need any Login account information. Only Admin has panel where he can upload of all student made in excel. Just import Excel sheet with the help of CSV Importer. It has its own Database.

PROCEDURE TO ARRANGED IT AND MAKE IT READY ONLINE

  • Create the Database in localhost/phpmyadmin with name of  " test_results "
  • Import the " test_results.sql "  file from Doc Folder into " test_results " Database
  • Run the script  localhost/test_results in browser
  • Note all above Steps are performed for XAMP or WAMP Server.

This Project Works under PHP MYSQL Server . You can Simply Host it in your own website or You can Check the Project Performance on your Local Xamp or Wamp Server .

it does not require Student Registration , or any type Account or Password.

HOW TO SETUP THIS PROJECT DATABASE 

Follow The Steps


 1. Extract The Downloaded Zip
 2. Copy The Folder into your Xamp OR Wamp Server " htdocs"
 3. Open http://localhost/phpmyadmin in Browser
 4. Create Database  with name " Result "
 5. Import Result(1).sql 
 6. Load the URL   http://localhost/results/
 7. You can Enter Student Result Data in Database Corresponding Table
